Dumbo Health Privacy Notice

1. Introduction
Dumbo Health, Inc. (“Dumbo Health,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Dumbo Health is NOT a medical group or health care provider, it provides a platform connecting users to independent medical practices, specifically “Selene Medical Group, P.A.”
“Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or device.
This notice applies to your use of our platform, phone and telehealth visits, wearable device connections, and electronic communications. It does NOT apply to offline collection, employment data, third-party websites, or HIPAA-governed platform areas.
This Privacy Notice is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
2. No Children Under 18
Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us at privacy@dumbo.health.
3. Information Collection
We collect information from multiple sources including direct collection (forms, calls, emails), automatic collection (cookies, tracking technologies), payment processing (Stripe), service providers (Itamar, Resmed, Healthie, Somnoware, Impilo, MaskFit AR, Shopify, Supabase, AWS), and third parties/healthcare providers.
Categories collected include: identifiers (name, address, phone, email), financial data (bank accounts, credit/debit cards), medical/health information (insurance, biometric, sleep data), and usage data (transactions, surveys, search queries, communications).
4. How Information Is Used
We use your information for providing and personalizing services, processing payments, communications (support, newsletters, promotions, reminders), security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, research and product development, advertising/marketing, and surveys.
5. SMS Communications
With your consent, we send texts for account, orders, shipping, and care updates. Opt-out by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact privacy@dumbo.health. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Disclosure
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may disclose to subsidiaries, service providers, buyers/successors in mergers and acquisitions, legal/law enforcement, or with your consent.
We share limited website activity with advertising partners (listed in section 7) to measure our ads, but only when your cookie choices allow it. We do not share your answers to our sleep assessments, your test results, your health information, or anything you type into your account with advertising partners. There is one exception, explained in section 7: if you came to us from a Google ad and later buy a subscription, we tell Google that the ad click led to a purchase. We don’t send your name, email, health information, or which plan you chose.
7. Cookies, Tracking, and Your Choices
When you visit our website, we and our partners use cookies and similar tools. We group them into 3 types. You can change your choices any time with the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.

Where you live changes the starting point. In California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington, analytics and advertising stay off until you choose to turn them on. Everywhere else in the United States, they start on, and you can turn them off at any time.
Our Google Ads click cookie. If you reach our site by clicking a Google ad, we save the ad’s click ID in a cookie called dh_gclick. It holds only that ID, the kind of ID, and the time of the click. No name, email, or health information. We only save it while advertising cookies are on for you, we delete it when you turn them off, and it expires after 90 days. If you then buy a subscription, our servers tell Google a subscription was bought and send that click ID, the time of the purchase, a fixed dollar value that is the same for every plan, and a random order number made just for Google. We never send your name, email, phone number, the plan you chose, or any health information. We only send it if advertising cookies were still on for you, and we delete the click ID from your account a few days after it is sent, or 90 days after the click, whichever comes first.
Health pages. On our sleep assessment pages, we don’t record your session, and we don’t send your answers or results to advertising partners. Google Analytics receives a summary of the result (for example, a low, medium, or high risk level) so we can see how well the assessment works; it never receives your name or email. After you log in to your account, no advertising or session-recording tools run in your browser. The only advertising signal that comes from your account is the Google purchase message described above.
Other ways to opt out. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based ads through the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.
8. Service Availability
Our services are limited to the United States.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies, and advertising starts off for you. You can still change this with the Your privacy choices link.
Our website does not respond to the older “Do Not Track” browser setting, because there is no common standard for it.
10. Data Security
We implement technical, organizational, and physical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure.
11. Third-Party Sites
We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
12. Changes
We may update this notice at any time. Material changes may trigger email notification.
