About us
We built the company we wish had existed.
Sleep apnea affects tens of millions of people. Most of them are navigating it alone, confused, or priced out. Dumbo exists to change that.

Our story
Better sleep should be easy. We're building it that way.
Mo — Co-founder
Mo was diagnosed with sleep apnea in his early thirties. What followed was months of navigating a system that felt designed for someone else entirely. Long waits, confusing paperwork, a CPAP machine handed over with a manual and a goodbye. No follow-up. No coaching. No sense that anyone was in his corner.
Nico — Co-founder
Nico came at it from a different angle. A background in health technology, and a conviction that the gap between what sleep medicine knew and what patients actually experienced was fixable with better design, smarter data, and a care model that put the patient first.
They met and saw immediately they were solving the same problem from opposite ends. One had lived it. One had the tools to fix it. The result is Dumbo Health — built from scratch to be the thing neither of them could find.
It's not just a business.
It's personal.

What drives us
Mission
To make sleep apnea treatment simple, affordable, and stigma-free.
Vision
A world where no one suffers from sleep apnea because care was too expensive, too complicated, or too embarrassing to access.
The bigger picture
What Dumbo Health is building.
Today
The complete round trip, built from scratch.
Sleep apnea diagnosis with an at-home sleep test, CPAP therapy with no upfront cost, smart resupply that ships before you run out, an AI companion that learns your patterns, and a medical team you can actually reach. Everything a patient needs, in one place, without the maze.
Who we serve
The people the system has historically overlooked.
Women, who are chronically underdiagnosed because sleep apnea research was built around men. Younger adults, who are dismissed. Anyone who was told the price and walked away. Anyone who didn't fit the archetype of the patient this system was designed for. That's who we built this for.
Where we're going
Sleep is the foundation of health. We're building on it.
Dumbo starts with sleep apnea because that's where the most people are suffering most unnecessarily. But the platform, the trust, and the data we're building point toward something bigger: becoming the company people turn to for everything sleep-related, as the science and the care model evolve together.
Our values
Shown through behavior,
not labels.
Empathy
We've been the patient. We know what it feels like to get a diagnosis with no clear next step. That's why we never leave anyone alone in their care.
Innovation
We built technology that learns from your data so your care gets smarter the longer you're with us.
Accessibility
Starting at $59 a month, with no upfront machine cost, because sleep health shouldn't be a luxury.
Transparency
One price. Everything included. No fine print, no surprise bills.
Playfulness
Healthcare doesn't have to feel like a waiting room. We built something you actually want to engage with.
