Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship the at-home sleep apnea test to these 4 states:

• Texas
• Florida
• Virginia
• Maryland

We can’t ship the test to other states or outside the United States.

2. Cost

• Standard shipping: free. Arrives in 2 to 5 business days after it ships.
• Next-day air: $39.99. Arrives the next business day after it ships.

You choose your shipping option at checkout.

3. When your kit ships

Finish your health questions before 2pm Eastern on a business day and your kit ships that same day. If you finish later, or on a weekend or holiday, it ships the next business day.

4. How long it takes

With free shipping, your kit arrives in 2 to 5 business days after it ships. With next-day air, it arrives the next business day. We send it with USPS or UPS, and you get tracking details by email once it’s on its way.

5. Returns

You can send back an unopened kit within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free. See our Refund and Return Policy for how it works.
